1. Who we are
Quantum ELD LLC, Inc. ("LoadUp360," "we," "our," or "us") operates the TransitCore Transportation Management System platform, including all associated web applications, APIs, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Service or interact with us.

2. Information we collect
Account and identity information you provide when registering, including name, email address, job title, company name, billing address, and payment information processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor.
Shipment and logistics data you input or import, including origin/destination addresses, carrier assignments, load weights and dimensions, delivery times, freight costs, and associated documentation. This data belongs to you; we are a data processor on your behalf.
Usage and telemetry data automatically collected when you use the Service, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, features used, timestamps, and error logs. This data is used solely to operate and improve the Service.
Communications you send us via email, in-app chat, support tickets, or product feedback channels.
3. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the LoadUp360 platform and all its features
- Process transactions and send associated billing and receipts
- Deliver technical support and respond to your inquiries
- Send product updates, security notices, and administrative messages (these are transactional and cannot be opted out of)
- Send marketing communications about LoadUp360 products and services (you may opt out at any time)
- Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve platform performance and develop new features
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity and security incidents
- Comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to valid legal process
4. How we share your information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who process data on our behalf, including cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), customer support tooling (Intercom), and analytics (limited, anonymized data only). All vendors are bound by data processing agreements.
- Carrier integrations: When you tender loads to carriers through the platform, we transmit the shipment data necessary to execute that transaction to the selected carrier.
- Legal obligations: When required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LoadUp360, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. You will be notified before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- With your consent: In any other case, only with your explicit prior consent.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after termination to allow for data export. Shipment records and audit logs are retained for 7 years to support compliance requirements common in logistics and customs. Anonymized usage telemetry may be retained indefinitely. You may request deletion of personal data at any time (see Section 7); certain records may be retained where required by law.
6. Data security
LoadUp360 implements industry-standard safeguards including:
- AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored data
- TLS 1.3 encryption in transit for all data transfers
- SOC 2 Type II certification, audited annually
- Multi-factor authentication enforcement for all admin accounts
- Role-based access controls and least-privilege principles
- Penetration testing conducted semi-annually by accredited third parties
- Incident response plan with 72-hour breach notification to affected customers
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable MFA on your account.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@LoadUp360.io with subject line "Privacy Rights Request."
- Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
- Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us
We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with their local supervisory authority.
8. International data transfers
LoadUp360 is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. For transfers from the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that incorporates these SCCs.
9. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (session management, authentication) and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie consent banner or your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair Service functionality.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is designed for business users and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us immediately at privacy@LoadUp360.io and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The version history is maintained and available upon request.
