Our onboarding team handles the heavy lifting — you provide API credentials and we configure everything to match your existing workflows. We've never missed an agreed go-live date.
Yes. We provide data migration support for all major TMS platforms including Oracle TMS, MercuryGate, BluJay, and others. We'll export your historical shipment records, carrier contracts, and routing guides and import them into LoadUp360. Historical data is preserved with full audit trail. Most migrations complete within 5 business days.
Absolutely. LoadUp360 is SOC 2 Type II certified and audited annually. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We do not sell, share, or use your shipment data to train third-party models. Enterprise customers can request private cloud deployment and a signed Data Processing Agreement. We'll notify you by email when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. You can upgrade to Professional at any time and the new limit applies immediately — we pro-rate the pricing difference. We never hard-stop shipments mid-month; if you go over, we'll work with you to find the right plan before the next billing cycle.

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. Annual plans can be cancelled for a pro-rated refund of unused complete months if we've failed to meet our service commitments.
